Kimberly Crook is a family nurse practitioner from Warner Robins, Ga. She works at Kathleen Medical and Express Care in Kathleen, Ga thru Taylor Regional Hospital. She has been a nurse for over 15 years prior to becoming a FNP. Kim has been a practicing FNP for over 8 years with her FNP background being in family medicine and orthopaedics. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN. She holds her national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Kim is also a FNP preceptor NP students thru multiple schools. Kim is married with three sons and 2 dogs. She enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing, and shooting clays with her family.
